Prices & info

Price includes:

water, electric energy, heating, cooling (air conditioning,where present, is operational at set times), bed sheets (1 time a week), towels (2 times a week), Wi-Fi and parking space (one car per apartment).

Extra charges:

• City tax: 1€ per person per day
• Final cleaning:
  - studio/two-room apartment 50 €
  - three-room apartment 80 €
• Dogs: 10€/day
• Children’s bed: 5€/day
• Parking space for second car: 5€/day

Terms:

• The reservation will be confirmed after the receipt of a deposit (within one week after the reservation is made).
• The total amount for the stay must be paid no later than 48 hours from arrival.
• If you arrive after 8:00 p.m you’re kindly request to inform us as soon as possible.
• Check-in after 3:00 p.m, check out by 9:30 a.m.

Cancellation terms:

• In case of holiday cancellation at least 4 months before the beginning of stay, the deposit will be 100% reimbursed.
• In case of holiday cancellation at least 2 months before the beginning of stay, the deposit will be 50% reimbursed.
• In case of holiday cancellation less than 2 months before the beginning of stay, the deposit will not be reimbursed.
• Postponed arrival or early departure DO NOT imply a reduction of the agreed price.
• No penalty charge is applied for cancellation due to restrictions imposed by the authorities (border closures).

Responsability of the Residence

• The Management cannot accept any liability for missing personal effects, valuables, or money kept in the accomodation.
• The apartments are provided with room safe; the Management cannot be held responsible for any failure to use it.

Regulations for Guests

• Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building or apartments.
• We require guests to follow waste recycling rules with care.
• Occasional visitors are permitted (not after 9:00 pm). The car park of the residence is, hewever, for the use of our guests only.
